Fully Sanded
Fully sanded products are paint ready and sanded to 320 grit.
RuffTone
RuffTone products are supplied off our CNC, but have all the required holes drilled.
Bodies have either been drum sanded to 150 grit or been faced on the CNC. Additional sanding to shape and smooth surfaces will be required.
Economy
Economy products are supplied with no sanding and go straight from our planer to CNC machining. These require a bit more sanding than RuffTone.
